The lady in the front who sits at the right desk was extremely rude. Right when I entered, she rolled her eyes and had an attitude the whole time. I hadn't come to Visionworks in a while, but now I won't be getting my glasses with this company anymore. I was in such a good mood too until I spoke to her. I honestly can't believe some people think it's okay to treat people that way, especially when there are people who suffer from mental health problems, so I think the company should have more consideration for their customers when hiring their employees.

the worsttttt frontline customer service. first impressions say a lot. every single time i've called vision works, the person answering the phone never identifies themselves so that you know who you're speaking with and their tone of voice seems like the call is an inconvenience or bother. not only via phone but in person as well. my family and i will no longer come to this urbana pike location. not kid friendly.
