My most current annual exam was with Dr. Bailey. She is such a professional. Always pleasant, but mindful of any concerns and questions. Is always willing too go beyond, just to be sure I leave comfortable and happy with the result. The office staff is very friendly. Easy to work with on insurance questions. Or ordering new Eyewear. Thank you Dr. Bailey and your great staff.

I am truly grateful for the excellent care I received at your eye clinic. The staff were kind, professional, and attentive, which made me feel comfortable and valued. I am very happy with the service, and I deeply appreciate the dedication and compassion shown throughout my visit. It was a wonderful experience that left me feeling cared for and confident.

I have been going there for years and have had a good experience. But on this last visit, I got a different doctor, who was probably new to the practice. I think the paperwork she submitted to the front desk created the confusion, and it was very stressful because I was told I had to pay $85 for the contact fittings unless I ordered my contacts through them. I told the girl at the front desk ( blonde lady) that I would be getting my contacts from Costco because they were $45 cheaper and I will be getting my glasses from Costco as well. She commented, "I don't know what Costco is charging you, "brushing me off. I said nothing has changed with my insurance and that it should be the same as previous years, but she said it was done incorrectly previously. Anyway, this discussion went on for a while, I asked for my prescriptions the 3rd time, and finally got them, and I left. I'm not sure I will be returning to this practice. I don't want to go through this again.

I had my routine eye exam here, and I am quite happy with my experience. The doctor and optometrists were professional and took their time to ensure the exam went smoothly and with care. Thank you.

I just had my first visit and I was very, very impressed with them. Everyone is so friendly there and I enjoyed getting to know the ladies who helped me and made me feel very welcome to the practice. I would very highly recommend them.

Dr. Marina Zolotova is an excellent optometrist , knowledgeable, attentive, and very professional. She carefully examined my mother's eyes, diagnosed her cataract, and provided clear recommendations on how to proceed with treatment. The receptionists were also very friendly and pleasant, and the check-in and check-out process was smooth and quick. We truly appreciated the high level of care and efficiency. I highly recommend Dr. Zolotova and her team to anyone looking for a skilled and compassionate eye doctor.

This was my first visit to Eye to Eye, and I couldn't have been more impressed! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted warmly and made to feel comfortable. I met with Dr. Neha Bailey, who was fantastic. She was thorough, explained everything in a way that was easy to understand, and patiently answered all of my questions. She even gave me practical tips I could use every day--like seasonal advice to keep my eyes healthy, and simple adjustments I can make when working long hours on the computer or watching TV at home with my husband. I never once felt rushed, and it was clear she cared about my long-term eye health, not just getting me in and out. The staff was equally wonderful. They explained my test results, walked me through my vision benefits, and helped me explore their wide selection of frames. I can be indecisive when it comes to picking glasses, and they never pressured me. In fact, they encouraged me to take photos, get input from family and friends, and decide later. I ended up calling back to place my order once I felt confident about my choice--and I love that they gave me the time and space to make the decision. What stood out most is how much time and attention I received. Many doctor's offices feel like a "get in, get out" experience, but here, I felt valued and cared for from start to finish. I'll definitely be coming back and have already decided to schedule my husband's appointment here too. If you want an office where the doctors and staff truly take their time with you, explain everything clearly, and make sure you leave feeling comfortable and confident, Eye to Eye is the place.
