What makes my blod boil is exactly what this person did to me. I had a 5pm appointment and as soon as I enter into this place, this women was so rude, she asked me at what time was my appointment but really rude, then she asked if I have insurance in a really rude tone almost like profiling me, like because I am of a sorting race she was asking me if I had it but in a really rude tone. When I go to places and people treat me like crap, I hate that. Even if you are about to finish your shift, that does not mean you will be treating people in a rude way. If you are working in customer service, you have to be nice, (why not to be nice all the time) I have worked in customer service my whole life and never I will treat someone like this woman treat me. Another lady was really nice with me and the third one was ok. The doctor who made my eye exam was also ok, my eyes are getting some tissue, and she said to take care of this because it can grow, I asked if that could be taken off and she said to me yes but is a 4K dollar surgery (meaning I can't pay). So, I was so upset and disappointed because people profile you in this place. I am not a rich person but if I ask for something is because I can make it happen. I was ready to buy my two pairs of eyeglasses but with this treatment, I decided to take my business to another place.

Got sunglasses I love here in 2023 with no extras with my Medicaid coverage, and this year Shirley was incredibly kind helping pick out frames (brought my scrip from my regular doc). Nice people!

I decided to try MyEyeDr in Germantown based on the reviews. Terrible mistake! They are not flexible with scheduling for their working customers. Chris at the front desk was very condescending when trying to explain my situation when scheduling a contact lens follow-up appointment. There are too many reputable vision companies in the area with great customer service. Go to Warby Parker instead!

I had most caring, comfortable, and supportive experience with Dr. Bae-Li and Shirley!!! Will definitely continue to come back.

I have had several positive experiences with all the staff for the past few years. In my experience, each part of my appointment has been thorough, efficient, and done by kind and knowledgeable employees. Dr. Bae-Li and Shirley have especially been helpful throughout the eye exam and process of choosing glasses.

Easiest appointment! Love the online ability to provide insurance info for an even easier check in! Everyone was very polite and professional.

I find it difficult to find glasses I like. Today, I met Shirley and she was amazing! She picked out the perfect pair in under 2 minutes. Extra bonus is she has a great personality and is a pleasure to work with. The world needs more employees like Shirley!

This is the best Myeyedr i've been to.. Flexible, caring, quick! Special shout out to Miss Shirley, she's an angel, and so kind. she helped in the process, and checked me out in under 5 minutes, while being attentive and caring. Dr Bae-Li was also very nice and friendly. Lastly, another lovely person was a front desk woman, didn't get her name... but she's young maybe 25, and took the photos of my eyes, she was also very nice and kind, she got me the same day appointment! Grateful to have been able to be seen by such a great team, full of great people! Thank you!
