I failed my driver's license renewal vision test at the MVA. I went to Germantown Vision Care Center and received a thorough diagnosis of my vision issues. I was extremely satisfied with the service they provided. They are a locally owned business who genuinely care about their patients.

Made an appointment for my son who is 6 year old to get his eyes checked. Made it to appointment about 15 min early not sure why because had to wait to 1 hour before helped. Then was told my son would need to dilate his eyes which would be a solution that would be burning my eyes was never told so I could prep him. Never was told it would be about 40 min for each eye which we had brought my son who is 1 year old. Once they saw my son would not be able to handle which what 6 year old would handle something burning his eyes. Never was told what kind of drops as well as the aftermath to my son eye with these drops. They gave me a coupon to get one in the store and practice with and asked to reschedule 1 hr and half later . What a waste of time please do not come here unless you want to waste your time

The staff was knowledgeable and very professional, and I was very pleased with the doctor. He did a thorough examination and the service was excellent.

Bad experience due to unnecessary charges added to pad the bill despite standing instructions to provide only eye exam for contact lenses/regular glasses. Will never visit again and advise all friends and family to look at alternatives.

I was charged $50 cancellation charges when my son is not able to make it as he is not well. I like the doctor , he is great but might have to change it as I feel they dont even listened as I was requested if I can reschedule

Professional and friendly service! I came in for an eye exam and ordered contact lenses. I was in and out in less than 50 minutes.

I received a 5 star worthy service today from this clinic. The only thing that made me think twice about clicking the 5 star rating is the timeframe to get my new pair of glasses which is in 2 weeks. I clicked 5 star anyway because i'm afraid the staff will be penalized by the boss if they see anything below.

I have taken my both 5 year old kids to comprehensive eye exam. Doctor Blake Schermer was very friendly and he has given so much of time to identify issues with my kids eyes. Apart from regular eye tests he has done some extra tests to kids. We have taken a good decision in visiting this Germantown vision center.
