I went to Dr. Hoang to get my eyes and optic nerves checked for glaucoma/other conditions in an emergency rush, and he was able to fit me in last minute. Both Dr. Hoang and the medical assistant were very kind, caring, and friendly! I was happy and felt reassured after the visit.

I came with a vision problem in my right eye, where I had surgery performed five years before, when I was living in abroad, in another country. Asking friends and coworkers I was referred to Dr. Hoang. and all the process was smooth and successful. His clinic seems to have complete and up-to-date equipment and in my first visit, he gave me the diagnosis of the problem, and dedicated the few minutes needed or the situation, likely reasons, and his expected outcome. A laser corrective intervention was scheduled for the following week in a nearby surgery center, that also went smooth and painless, as well as a follow-up visit to assess the results. Doctor is very focus and polite, and the team at Kind Eyecare are also very nice and accommodating. Time is very well managed, and did not experience any long wait in all the visits and felt welcomed and relaxed, despite the fear we all have with any surgery in a delicate part like the eyes. Insurance was managed very well on their side, and rates must have been fair and moderate, since my copay in all the process was close to nothing. I did not see anything I did not like, not even that I can suggest improvement. The problem in my vision that had me really worried, turned to be easy to resolve, and I believe that Dr. Hoang and the Kind Eyecare team deserve credit for how well organized they are and their good predisposition.

I had such a great experience at the Kind Eye care. Everyone was super caring and made me feel comfortable during my visit. The doctor explained everything clearly and patiently answered all my questions. I really felt taken care of and would definitely recommend this place to anyone!

I can't say enough good things about Dr. Hoang and his staff. Dr. Hoang is so kind and provides a very patient explanation of what's going on with your eyesight etc.. I'm so glad I was referred to this practice. The way you're treated in unheard of this day and age for the most part. Otherwise, you're not just a number.

Even though, I was nervous, everyone in the office was great. Everyone is friendly, kind, and gentle. The doctor was thorough and easy to understand as well. To get the answers I needed for the decision before having cataract surgery has placed me at ease.

Dr. Houng was very personable and listened to the questions you asked. The staff were very friendly and knowledgeable.The paperwork was quick and detailed. Would definitely recommend others to the practice.
