Started off with a great experience in the office. I ordered my glasses on 12/23/25 and was told I will receive them within 2-3 weeks. That was a long time to me but I accepted what was told. It is now 2/18/26 and still no glasses. I even went in to check the status and they told me that someone will have to reach out for the status and I still haven't heard back from them. I will definitely never go back to this office for glasses.

Patricia was so incredibly helpful today and took her time and was extra patient with us, ensured we got the absolute best price on all of our new glasses. 10/10 customer service, will definitely comeback again!

All my eye doctors are so unprofessional. I ask the Germantown office to help me cause I didn't want to get back to the kentlands one. They said they would order my daughter glasses that the glasses would be ready in 2-3 weeks. Call them today never order the glasses like they said they would. now the warranty is expired. Manager said he will call the kentlands to see what they can do. He called me back and said there isn't nothing they can do even tho I called before the warranty ended. I don't appreciate that. I will be calling higher up cause this isn't acceptable.

Excellent service. Dr. Li knows exactly what he's doing and does it efficiently, pleasantly, and accurately. As far as my eye exam and refraction results, I haven't had better. Be sure and keep this doctor if you get him.

My experience here at your Germantown location was excellent. The entire staff was super helpful. Patricia went above and beyond with my mother on choosing a pair of glass. Kee was also helping going above and beyond ensuring that my mothers insurance was active staying on hold with the insurance company until she received the authorization needed. The receptionist that helped us was also great. I give them 5 stars

The store office is a layed out for customers to browse glasses and provide Customers eye exams. I will happy to say been a Long time satisfied customer.

I had a lovely experience with Ms. Sanaz who assisted me to find the right shape of glasses after my experience with Dr. Richard Li. Ms. Sanaz was very polite and patient. She took the time to listen to my concerns and needs for getting the right pair of eyeglasses for my facial shape. She does not work at the location in Germantown and was only there to support that team. I am interested in designer eyewear and she shared with me all of the offerings that My Eye Doctor has at her location in Rockville. I will be going to that location to view the other designer eyeglass options for me to try on. Ms. Sanaz Has the most pleasant attitude and is considerate and I hope to work with her again. Dr. Richard Li was very knowledgeable with his evaluation and recommendations. He cleared up some concerns I had and recommended an excellent eye specialist for me to go to regarding the pressure in my eyes. Thank you, Pamela Hosey
