Got my sons glasses from Walmart but was told that their insurance covers only $18 for the frame I called the insurance right away just for them to tell me that they cover $50 for the frames and I even had the person on the phone talk to the lady to confirm it and she still kept saying the manager and Walmart vision center says it's only $18 that the insurance covers they still didn't a knowledge that the person from the health insurance confirmed that my sons insurance would cover $50 for each for their frames they still didn't do it. So I don't know why they do that even if the insurance will cover $50 for the frames. Also the lady that was helping me with the purchase wrote the prescription wrong for one of my sons whom is first time getting eyeglasses, and I had to go back to let her know that his glasses was going to come back with the wrong prescription, she corrected it when I showed her the prescription again.

I wish I could give this place 0 stars! Terrible! Do not come here! I had to go back 3 times for the doctor to give me the wrong prescription all three times. And I kept telling her my contacts are blurry can I please get a new exam, and new prescription... and she said that she doesn't want to unnecessarily increase my prescription... like I can't see?? It's blurry! But she wouldn't listen. I went to a new place and they immediately gave me a new prescription that was correct and I can finally see. DO NOT GO HERE!

I had a really great experience. All the staff were really friendly. It's my pet peeve when doctors don't talk me through what they're doing but she talked to me every step of the way. Everything went smoothly and quickly and I was able to get an exam and a new pair of glasses within the hour. They also have a wide variety of glasses that could suit anyone. Overal 5/5 experience for me.

Very terrible experience there. Very unprofessional. I never will go back and I am even writing a letter to corporate. The prices are not that much lower, I would go to a more reputable place with more professional customer service. There was one Hispanic there named Ruth and she seemed to have a chip on her shoulder about white people, glared at them and very unfriendly. She said she didn't believe that people should learn English when they come to America and believed that people should learn Spanish to talk to the immigrants. Very strange and segregational I guess. Looking at the store, I think they promote that and hire people who are set on not learning English and they are proud of that. Very weird and not good for American interest and unity! What a shame!

The doctor is very friendly but the rest of the staff not that friendly. Every-time I've called the receptionist they have a rude tone and I had a receptionist sigh when I asked a simple question through the phone.
