I recently visit 20/20 Vision in Hagerstown, MD for the first time. The eye doctor was very professional, helpful, knowledgeable, explained my eye exam, he was great! The first visit was alright, The second visit starting with requiring about my glasses after two weeks was very disappointing talking to the front desk person on the phone, told that wasn't unusual after two weeks not to get a call regarding my glasses. After checking saying my frames was on back order. Less then 20 minutes later, a person called me saying my frame were in. (Wow). I felt like a inconvenience rather than a customer for the first time visiting this eye place. I suggest the office implement a better check-in process to make new customer feel more welcome, not be selective about who gets the better service. I experienced, saw with my own eyes. I spoke to the office manager on Saturday 31st Jan, she listening and offered to started over, I was already not feeling it and said no. After speaking with the manager I felt a little better. I'll see how things go on Mon, Feb 2nd to get another pair of glasses. The new frames I purchased left arm was loose and the frames hurt the bridge of my nose. She had to reorder the frame. I have line bifocals, first time after getting my glasses, staff did not made sure I could read clearly through the bifocals, after I mentioned that to the manager she put the card out for me to read. Hopefully Monday, Feb 2nd will be better. I will definitely post again. Maybe better than 3 stars

Updating my previous 3-stars! I wasn't thrilled after my first and second visit but I decided to give Vision 2020 another shot. On my third visit, thanks to the Assistant Manager Claudia completely turned things around. She was incredibly professional and caring, proving Vision 2020 (Hagerstown) truly care about customer satisfaction. The service exceptional-professional, genuine and efficient. This is how you win customers for life. "5 stars for the service" improved

This was my 3rd time here, and it has always been a great experience. Kindness from the front door til I am leaving again. The doc is attentive and listens to any concerns. He also explains what all the tests mean and what the results state. I am very happy with this office and the grest group of people that work there.

Extremely knowledgeable staff that works like a well run team. The staff was very pleasant. The office equipped with lots of high tech too. I found the exam to be very comprehensive. Plus they have a nice selection of frames. Highly recommended.

Friendly and knowledgeable staff helped me right away. Everything about my eye health was explained in an easy to understand way, and I wasn't pressured to purchase frames or lenses while there. I walked away 45 minutes from my appointment time with prescription in hand.

I had a wonderful experience at 2020 vision, Dr. Dawn is fantastic! Following my appointment, Patty was so helpful picking out new glasses and helping me with the whole process, she was phenomenal! I highly recommend this office for all your eye care needs!

I needed new glasses because things were getting too blurry with my old ones. I was having an especially hard time reading street signs. These folks gave me an eye exam and I ordered new glasses. When I picked them up and put them on, there was NO improvement! They told me to try them for a week to get adjusted to them, which I did. I returned, was re-examined and they said I definitely needed a different Rx. They ordered new lenses and called me when they were ready. When I once again put my glasses on with the "new" lenses, I still saw no difference. I honestly question whether they truly replaced the original lenses. I'm tired if going back and forth and getting no satisfaction. I have made an appointment with an ophthalmologist in Frederick that I used to see. I can't get in until April and, in the meantime, I've gone back to wearing my old glasses. In summary, I wasted $525 with 20/20 Vision. I don't recommend them.
