Dr Cassel was referred to me from my dermatologist, because I had a freckle in my eye. I love the way he took the fear out of my situation as soon as we met. He examined that issue first , and comfort me letting me know first it was not cancer before giving me the most thorough exam I've ever had. I felt an immediate connection to his care and diligence in his concerns learning my history of my eyes. I find him very patient and informative. People come into your life for a reason and I feel thankful he's in mine.
I live in Delaware and will continue to drive to him as long as he's working.

I love crossroads eye physicians. I have been coming here many years. I used to see Dr. Palik and most recently had to see another doctor because he is no longer with the practice. My new doctor was just as friendly and helpful. I recently had a mix up with my contacts and Rachel assisted me so throughly. She was so kind and replaced the wrong contacts with my usual ones, even though I took some time to report the problem. I appreciate her, the staff and doctors at crossroads eye physicians. My complaint is the time you always need to wait to see the doctor, my husband and I we are experiencing the same problems, all the time the overbook patients, today I dropped my husband for his appointment at 10:30 am. It is 1:50 pm and I still waiting in my car for him.
This will be the last time we are coming to this place .
Terrible management and front desk , they have cero respect for patients time .

I've been Dr. Cassel's patient for many years. He is always very thorough and takes his time explaining what he is doing and what he has found during his exams. His clinical expertise is not the only thing that impresses me. He also manages his office very well. This was true when he had his own practice, and it continues today now that he has gone into practice with other ophthalmologists. I recently saw him in his new office and was pleased to see that his operation still has the same smooth flow. My wife and I only waited about 5 minutes before being called to be seen. And his service was still the same high quality we have grown to expect. I highly recommend Dr. Cassel to anyone who is in the market for a well-trained, professional, personable, and highly efficient ophthalmologist.
