Let me tell you. I was referred by a friend and everything that she told me was true. This establishment is everything you desire from the time you call and make an appointment to the time you arrive to your appointment. The doctor and staff are very courteous, professional, kind, helpful, and experts at what they do. They take as much time as you need and everyone assist in helping you make your eye glass selection. There was no rushing. They have love and compassion for their patients. This was my initial visit and the experience was beyond exceptional. I will definitely recommend them to the world. Their service is so fast and thorough that I was amazed. Oh, their selection of glasses is phenomenal. I forgot to let you know about the emaculant environment and equipment. Thank you Doctor G & staff.

It, was an awesome first visit! But, more importantly, it was an awesome first call. The sister with the locs, who was helping to dog-sit Ghost, while working and takin' in lunch upon my arrival to the office, was beyond awesome! When, I called, she helped me to get in on my birthday, for an MVA required vision screening and for a chance to renew my expired Driver's License. Her help, was greatly appreciated. Dr. Vocci, was awesome as well! The explanations she gave, during each step of the eye examination were very informative and reassuring. I mean, you knew you were talking to and getting feedback from someone that knew her stuff. Ghost, tho, was the Star of the show! Whether that meant, office waste baskets with empty food containers were removed immediately to making sure staff were doing their job to feed her... She, kept operations running smoothly.

From the moment you walk in until the moment you leave it's a warm and welcoming experience! It's also the most aesthetically beautiful office I have ever stepped foot in! From the front desk, to the pre testing, to the Dr to the optical crew... literally everyone is so kind and welcoming -- it's just the best! I recognize I'm a bit biased, being as though I'm Dr Granek's sister -- BUT everyone I know who is a patient says the same thing! There's no better optometry practice anywhere!

My eye exam was a great experience. I thought Dr. Vacci was thorough and thoughtful, and office staff was friendly. Unfortunately, I was disappointed when it came to selecting glasses as the optician assigned to me seemed disinterested to help me after offering 4-5 suggestions that we both agreed weren't good and walked away to 'get me pricing' and never came back. I ultimately had to seek her out to get some pricing and again she seemed completely disinterested in helping at that point so I left without purchasing glasses. All after I had told her I needed HELP with selection. I would come back for the exam but not for purchasing glasses as it was a frustrating experience.
