I had an extremely disappointing experience with this clinic. After waiting over seven months for a special contact lens, it became very obvious that they did not have the proper experience to make it correctly in the first place. Despite the high cost, the final result looked almost exactly like the first failed attempt--not centered, not measured properly, and nowhere near what was originally promised. What made everything worse is that they kept trying to make me feel like I was the one not seeing it correctly, when it was clear that the lens did not match what the doctor had explained the first time. Instead of taking responsibility, they acted as if the problem was me. It honestly felt like they only kept trying because I had already paid 3k not because they knew how to fix it or deliver the result they advertised. I would never return and I do not recommend this clinic for specialized lenses. The only positive thing was the front desk staff--they were kind and respectful. Unfortunately, that's the only good part of my entire experience.

Cali, Akina, and Tashawn were wonderful. They were very professional and friendly. I misplaced my glasses and needed a replacement asap. They expedited my shipment and I received them in 2 days! I appreciate the great service that EyeSymmetry provided. Thanks again!

Could say that this place is terrible! They never call to reschedule. They let their patients go way too long without a regular check-up. First two times we went, everything seemed to be ok to the doctor when in fact wasn't. Shame.

I went here with my girlfriend, we had a great experience with Dr. Schwartz. The staff is very friendly as well. Straight and to the point, very professional and conveniently located. Also they follow the Covid Guidelines very well.

The doctor is good, but the people who work with you to get glasses kept pushing expensive frames on us. We finally chose them and showed up to get them and they were not what we ordered for mine, and they couldn't tell us exactly why or what happened. Told to wait another week but no real reason offered. Get the vibe that the person who did our measurements didn't remember to mark what I wanted despite us having more than one conversation about it.

The doctors are nice but their billing is ridiculous if you want contacts. They charge you over $100 for a separate contact lense "exam" which will eat into your insurance allowance and you will be entirely out of pocket for the cost of your lenses.

When I say if you looking to get your eyes taken care of this is the place for it!! All around a great experience. Great people, great service, great energy!! Thank you guys!!

It is hard to put in words how grateful I am to Dr. Schwartz and the staff at EyeSymmetry. I am not only in awe of what he accomplished, but am not exaggerating by stating that he unquestionably changed the quality of my life. Before there was Lasik, doctors engaged in a procedure, known as Radial Keratotomy, to cure nearsightedness. I underwent this surgery in 1993. Unfortunately, the procedure damaged my cornea and created significant scar tissue which destabilized my vision. For the first two decades I met with numerous eye doctors, who tried without success to help me. Once scleral devices became available, I met with those who specialized in these devices. However, they too were unable to fit me with anything I could wear without pain. After scouring the internet, I eventually learned of the world renowned "Prose" devices designed by BostonSight, the "pioneer in scleral lens technology." I was thrilled when my application was granted (one could not simply make an appointment) and they successfully fit me. However, from day one, I could only wear them for 4-6 hours before they became uncomfortable. On many occasions my eyes became red and inflamed, and often became infected. I eventually had no choice but to stop wearing them. When I asked whether I could be refitted, or what other options were available, I was told that a refitting would not help and that while a corneal transplant was possible, I was not a likely candidate. And so, when an optometrist heard my story he mentioned the process of eye-printing and highly recommended Dr. Schwartz. As this was something new to me, I made the appointment, but was so worn out after years of one disappointment after another, I presumed that this visit would simply amount to the next waste of time and money. Upon meeting Dr. Schwartz, I was impressed not only by his expertise, but by his compassion for all I had been through. Following his tests and evaluation, he sat me down and said "I can not only fit you, but you will be able to wear these devices comfortably for 16 hours a day." I responded that that sounded wonderful, but, in my heart, I felt that what he offered simply was not possible. It is difficult to put into words what it meant to me when I first put in the devices and could comfortably see clearly. I now have been wearing them for several months and still cannot believe that everything he said was true! I am able to put them in as soon as I wake and wear them until bedtime, which is often more than 16 hours! In fact, my only concern is that, because they are SO comfortable, I will forget they are in and go to sleep without removing them. I know this is a long review, but I felt compelled to somehow convey the extent of my gratitude for what he accomplished. I must add that not only was it a pleasure to work with him, but with his entire staff. All my questions were answered, my schedule was accommodated, and everyone was nothing but kind, considerate, and helpful. I have been a patient at numerous optometric practices, but Dr. Schwartz and his staff at EyeSymmetry are without a doubt, exceptional. While I gladly give the practice 5 stars, I only wish there were more to give.
