Dr.Ghandi performed an amazingly successful eyelid surgery.For 4 months I struggled with ptosis(droopy left eyelid).The muscles had become weak from a condition called myasthenia Gravis. Dr. Ghandi took every precaution prior to surgery to insure a successful outcome. I am 68 and have had previous surgeries for other issues.In addition, I have worked in the medical field as a laser technician assisting doctors. The level of preparation was unmatched in my experience. He is an excellent communicators well. The procedure was mostly painless and there was no discomfort. The local anesthesia allowed me to be awake and aware but completely comfortable. The staff at Timonium Surgery Center was quite professional.They treated me respectfully and with genuine kindness. The results have been tremendous !! I no longer even notice the issue.My xision is intact and there is no sign of scars.When I tell friends and acquaintances, they are impressed at the work.They confess it's unnoticeable. I had upper eyelid surgery in August, 2025 with Dr. Gandhi. From start to finish, everything at MD Eye & Face was done with the utmost professionalism, care and support. The staff during my procedure were amazing, as was the procedure itself. Follow up and recovery was as described and the results are fantastic! My eyes are open in pictures! and while driving & watching TV! and they are very comfortable & relaxed now! I could not be happier and I will continue to recommend Dr. Gandhi and his practice to anyone looking for this procedure!

I absolutely loved this facility. The front desk staff was amazing as was the individuals assigned to me. They made sure, I had ample warm blankets. I also appreciated the fact that my husband was allowed to stay with me until my surgery was to begin. The bathrooms were very clean which really surprised me and my physician - Dr. Gandhi was absolutely amazing. He worked under great pressure to achieve flawless results. I am a fair skinned older woman. I typically retain scars after surgery. However, because of Dr. Gandhi's particular skill set I was able to heal with absolutely no scars at all. I would definitely recommend Dr. Gandhi. You will not find a better physician. I also recommend the facility.

Consult was good, but no office staff or or patients. Seemed odd, but felt good with consult. I was anxious about eye surgery. Had 9am surgery and showed up 8:50 with mom to drive after eye surgery. The office was locked and dark. I called the number on the door and text the office number. After 10 minutes on hold (after 9) I recieved a call from the doctor that he was running late and no staff was there. I have never had something like this happen in my life. It felt uncomfortable and odd. Very frustrating and disappointing to plan for surgery (take off work/arrange a ride) and have something like this happen, especially when you put your trust in a doctor that is doing surgery on your eye lid. Needless to say, I should have read the negative feedback and paid attention to it. Seems to have happened to other patients.

I recently had surgery to correct drooping eyelids that impaired my vision. Dr. Gandhi and his staff are excellent! My vision is greatly improved and Dr.Gandhi is an excellent surgeon as well as kind and caring .

I had the most amazing experience with Dr Ghandi and his staff. I originally visited for a growth on my eye lid that turned out to be basal cell. Dr Ghandi was very informative, comforting and caring. While looking at my eyes he mentioned my hooded eyes. Never did I think I would be a candidate for blethoplasty but I was and insurance covered it. Once again the experience was excellent. Dr Ghandi removed a fair amount of my eyelids! Who knew I had so much skin that was impairing my vision. The surgical experience at Dulaney Valley was also exceptional. My recovery was a breeze-ice and ointment for a few weeks. No pain which is a pretty important thing to me. I did have some bruising but I will blame the blood thinners I take for those. I have followed up with Dr Ghandi twice and he is just so kind and caring. I do believe my eyes are on his website-it was like a miracle. I never thought my vision could ever improve other than new glasses. It's a whole new world out here for me! Thank you Dr Ghandi! Highly recommend his practice for any facial surgeries.

My son received timely, quality care from Dr Gandhi. My son had received an orbital eye bone fracture from playing basketball. Dr Gandhi's office was timely with making an appointment and the quality of care was exceptional. He did a thorough exam and ordered a CT to get a closer look at the fracture and to ensure healing correctly prior to my son to be released to play basketball again. We were able to get an appointment in a very timely manner. Dr Gandhi took his time with the appointment and performed a very thorough exam. He was very patient and listened to our concerns. Dr Gandhi was very quick to follow up with us once the CT results came back. Our overall experience with this office is exceptional. I high recommend Dr Gandhi.

I just had eyelid surgery with Dr. Gandhi back in December. My eyes look great, not to mention the excellent care I received. I cannot say enough about him. He is so patient and kind and is really interested in you as his patient. I would highly recommend him.
