If you're African American between 25-40 do NOT go here. The passive aggressive attitudes from your doctors aren't worth it. They prefer an older white clientele and the difference in treatment is obvious. My location shut down without telling me and this location treated me as if I was lying about my symptoms. Dr Parks was highly recommended and she was nothing but dismissive and condescending to me. I was shocked honestly. When I told her my concerns were blurriness she ignored me. When I told her I was having problems seeing she told me she wasn't "the glasses person" . When I said my information wasn't bridged from unresponsive Dundalk location she made no attempt to look at my history. This is the 3rd negative experience I've had with them. I'll happily be switching to someone else.

Please check the phone number you have given your patients to call since December 27. I am getting weird calls from your patients trying to get hold of doctor constantly.I tried calling your office several times but nobody answered! This is really disturbing and impacting my life. Requesting an action to be taken immediately on your side to correct it.
