I have been struggling lately trying to find good customer service. It seems to just be nonexistent anymore. I walked into the Cummings center location the other day and I was greeted by the most delightful, Professional, knowledgeable, sweet person with superior customer service. I believe her name was Shannon. I complemented her on being so kind and helpful and I might buy from them just because they're so nice and accommodating and helpful and professional.
