Specialized Pediatric Eye Care

I've been bringing my child to Specialized Pediatric Eye Care for a few years, but it's time for a change. The entire facility feels outdated -- from the worn-out seating to the old TV that barely works. The real frustration, though, is their bizarre scheduling system. Instead of booking your next appointment on the spot, they promise to call you to schedule it later. Spoiler alert: they never do. This has happened three years in a row, and I'm done waiting around. The only positive aspect of this place is the doctor, who is genuinely great. But unfortunately, good care is only part of the experience -- reliable scheduling and a welcoming environment matter too.

I cannot say enough good things about this practice. My son is very medically complex and Dr. Ledoux has gone above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and secure in the plan of care. The office staff have always been friendly and super responsive. I highly recommend this office!

They can waist you time. Noone cares about what is going on...I hate this place....people who work here don't really care about you time and the appointment start and end time....terrible

Dr Kenny is an exceptional doctor. My grandson absolutely cannot handle the eye drops for dilation she patiently waited four different appointments for him to take them. His eyesight has improved a lot multiple times over the past two years that she has been treating him . I would recommend specialized pediatric eye care Dr Kenny to any child who's nervous about the doctor she has true genuine patience and kindness

My experience at Specialized Pediatric Eye Care was excellent. My vision is complex, and Jackie worked with me over multiple appointments to make sure my contact lenses were exactly right. She was knowledgeable, patient, and kind throughout. The office staff was professional and helpful, especially with rescheduling, and Dr. Ledoux took the time to check in and answer my questions. I highly recommend Specialized Pediatric Eye Care and am very grateful to have found them
