From the time I walked in the door everyone was very friendly, warm, and very helpful. My doctor went over everything about the pros and cons of my prescription for contacts for a person that would need a dual vision type. I decided on just the progressives glasses. The turn around time was quick and again the ladies in the front office were warm greeting me. I am a new client and I do hope many more people will come to see this office for their eye health.

If I could give fewer stars I would. Eye appointment was fine. Got new lenses for my Matsuda glasses and they destroyed the frames and inlays. They cut lenses that were too large and then hand sanded them down creating an ugly bevel which is visible from the front and back. They cracked part of the frame and misaligned another part. They messed these up so bad that I need to either get a new pair or have someone with a brain in their head fix them. I will never return to this place. Completely useless in remedying the problem. Also didn't tell me they were broken, I had to figure that out for myself. How did you not know these were damaged? May need to get your eyes examined next.

MyEyeDr, the doc and all the women working there were extremely helpful. I got both glasses and contacts for cheaper than I paid 10+ yrs ago which is amazing being post covid and all the inflation we have seen in the last 6 yrs. They made sure I got every benefit and deal I could through the insurance. Thank you ladies Wanda

They are some of the most courteous people I've met. They helped me out with an emergency contact lens situation and I truly appreciate that. Very price friendly as well and a pretty good collection of frames.

I booked an appointment here about two months in advance as a new patient, and was referred by a friend who has the same health care plan as me. The office called me a few days before my appointment to tell me they no longer accept MassHealth, but I kept the appointment anyway since I had booked so far out. I booked the first appointment of the day at 9am, arrived about 15 minutes early to complete the entry paperwork, and then heard the receptionist start making calls at 9:10am saying the doctor I was there to see was sick and they'd have to reschedule. The receptionist then came over to me to let me know we'd have to reschedule. Of course no one can help being sick, and it is certainly that time of year, but I was extremely disappointed in the lack of communication that the doctor would wait until 10 minutes after my appointment was supposed to begin to inform me that she's sick. Just unprofessional and a waste of time.

Had the unfortunate experience of coming here in 2023 for an eye appointment and ordering contact lenses. The optometrist was nice but the manager was very unfriendly. Unfortunately they sent the incorrect contact lens and ended up having to go to the Topsfield location to resolve my issue.

I'm went to get a new set of glasses. The woman was kind, courteous, professional and very helpful. I will go there again. Best customer service I've had at an eye place in years

Absolutely fantastic experience, beginning to end. I finally decided to get a pair of prescription sunglasses, and Kristin at the Beverly location walked me through the entire process of finding a frame that fit my face, customizing the lens color and options, and getting it ordered. Given my strong prescription, it took a couple tries to find a frame that would work with the lenses that would work for me (word to the wise: the wrap-style lenses of Oakleys don't work for folks with a high prescription), but they were great about communicating with me every step of the way and persisting till I found the exact right pair. In the end, the Ray-Bans I picked are absolutely my favorite pair of glasses I've ever had the pleasure of wearing, and thanks to the fact that I could use my VSP vision benefits, they ended up costing significantly less than I expected. Like, SIGNIFICANTLY less. On top of all that, every employee I've worked with in this location has always been friendly, knowledgeable, and welcoming whenever I've stopped by. Highly recommended!
