Although Dr. Kirillova is very pleasant her support staff simply doesnt follow through. Appointments are cancelled last minute and not able to be rescheduled for months later. Eyeglass prescriptions never get sent out. I have waited on the phone for hours at a time to speak to someone and no answers or ever responds to messages that are left.
