I've had one appointment so far, never having had to have that kind of appointment I had no idea I would need to be dilated given that I had already had my eyes looked at just to be told what I already knew and that there was nothing to do other than be healthy. Luckily my dad drove me, so it didn't matter that my eyes were so dilated I couldn't even see the paper that mentioned my next scheduled appointment.
Now I need to change this appointment and they have the exact hours as my job. This is why so many other medical facilities have online support.
Thankfully the nurse (assistant?) who was helping do all the testing before I met the actual doctor for all of 3 minutes was super nice.

They have no e-mail address, and no way to contact them through the BIDMC patient portal. They never answer phone calls, unless you can wait for AT LEAST ONE HOUR. Even then, they often hang on you. Unless you go IN PERSON, it is impossible to book an appointment or change an appointment. This is extremely bad and unreliable.
