My family and I have been seem Dr. Coen for years now. Her new practice is beautiful, clean, organized and fashionable. So many great frame options! My husband gets so many compliments on his frames all the time. She is the best around, and has helped so much with my vision problems over the years, I don't think I can go anywhere else! I would say she's magic, but really is just so knowledgeable and a master at what she does.

Exceptional. I was shopping for frames on Newbury and visited four shops that day, this being the last. Dennis was the associate who engaged in conversation and it was as if he knew my style and preferences with just a look. Not to exaggerate at all - the very first pair of designer frames he selected is what I purchased and I looked at several pairs. It was if the frames chose me. Dr. Cohen was superb. At 5:00pm she guided me to the chair for a full optical exam to update my prescription using state of the art technology; far more advanced than my regular optometrist (who I love). I will come again for sure and am looking forward to getting my new frames once ready.
