City Eye

The staff were very friendly and Dr. Baumal was very energetic and friendly during the whole exam. He was very warm and easy to get along with and made the process super quick and easy. He also brought up an issue that no other optometrists have ever mentioned about my eyes in the 18 years I've been wearing glasses. I was suspecting there was an issue and I didn't even have to be the one to bring it up! He was very informative about it and ensured me the best course of action going forward. I will definitely consider visiting this location again.

I went to the LensCrafters in Macy's for the first time and it was a great experience! My eye appointment was short and the doctor was professional. She made sure I understood everything she was doing and why. Everything was clean. When it came to purchasing glasses, Gigi assisted me and was so sweet! I prefer smaller glasses so she helped me find a pair of smaller glasses. She made sure I felt comfortable with my choice, and that I found a product that was both flattering and affordable.

The opthomology doctor and initial examiner/assistant were both very friendly, personable, and professional. I felt very comfortable with all procedures and everyone's bedside manner was excellent. I never felt rushed in any way- the exam was thorough and I felt very comfortable as a client here. I would not hesitate to come back for future eye exams.

Monica miller OD is so kind! And she recognized that I've had a problem with my prescription and fixed it. I can now see better than I have in the past 2 years it's incredible I'm so grateful. All assistant staff is very helpful and knowledgeable as well.

Nick and doctor Te and Jess were exceptional. Was hesitant about going to get glasses and picking them out and they made the process so easy and laid back. Highly recommend the staff.

Kind and informative with the exam. The tech who helps with glasses was super helpful. I was alone and indecisive about picking glasses because I didn't have anyone's feedback and he offered to help me. He made a few selections for me and they looked great. Overall so satisfied with my choice.

They applied the incorrect insurance then when I inquired about it, they applied my eye insurance but claimed they only do a premium contact fitting (which they fail to tell you), though no measurements were taken just a look and wrote the new prescription (no change). They kindly of offered to honor a rate from two years ago! When I complained they kindly pointed out that I DID receive a new prescription. So they could refund me the difference they again asked for my credit card information that I refused to give because they can't be trusted. Find another optometrist there are plenty out there. I'll also be filing a complaint with my eye insurance carrier about their deceptive practices. ***Update*** The response of "you received your prescription" speak volumes. I will a also add, I was an established customer, I was previously fitted for the same type of contact enses at that time. Other reputable providers have told me to bring my previous prescription to avoid the fitting fee. At no time was I advised it was a "premium fitting" The refund offered was a supposed "good will gesture" of approximately $9.00 from the 2021 fitting (my first visit, where the premium fitting was warranted). When I reached out to let them know they never corrected the insurance. They never responded nor did they correct their mistake. Stay away!

Very experienced staff and knowledgeable. Through the entire process the lady explained to me what was going on. Greg was also very helpful and friendly. This is my second eye exam at Lens Crafters and I will be back again. Great Team!
