Dr. Friedman really got me out of a jam.I only have one working eye, and I am a visual learner and academic, entirely dependent on reading and writing for everything. Before he arrived at the Glaucoma Clinic, I received advice that didn't feel right to me and that seemed drastic and even desperate.
I have noticed that since he has been at the clinic, scheduling seems more organized, staff is on top of details, my professional schedule is respected, and I am able to collaborate wholeheartedly with the treatment. Plus, Dr. Friedman is a sweetheart with a sense of humor.
