I've had my eyes checked a couple of times at other places, ALWAYS with a hard sell, and me leaving confused as to what the deal with my vision is, and ultimately going back to my cheap readers. BUT, the optometrists here are amazing, made me feel comfortable from the get go. No shaming me about my Amazon readers, no hard sell. Everything was explained so well and the exam was more thorough than the other places. Better equipment with no added costs to the patient. Finally, my eyes have been properly tended to and I have a pair of progressives and I feel wonderful about them. Didn't actually think it was possible. So grateful to have found this gem!

The staff and optometrist are all so friendly and professional.
I had some old glasses made in Taiwan but I couldn't see well out of them. The Optometrist checked my eyes and ordered me new lenses.
My lenses are really thick (-12) so I needed special lenses to make them look thinner.
After I received my new lenses, I thought they still looked thick and wondered if they could make them look thinner somehow.
They made some adjustments with the lenses and now they look much thinner! And they didn't even charge me for the newer lenses or extra shipping!
Later I accidentally broke my frame by trying to bend it. The staff looked at my frame, sent it out to be repaired, and fixed it. Again they didn't charge me, even for the shipping!
