I arrived at my eye appointment in my usual state of "patient anxiety". I am not a great patient, but within minutes Doctor Lo's assistant and then Doctor Lo put me at ease with their knowledge and kindness. They were extremely thorough which, even with my nervousness, I appreciate. When I heard "It looks like nothing has changed, so we will see you in a year" I cried with relief. I am most grateful for the excellent care I continually receive from Doctor Lo and her assistants at Mass Eye and Ear.

I am so glad that I decided to choose Mass Eye and Ear for continuing my annual eye exams. Having Dr. Lo as my physician was the icing on the cake. She takes whatever time necessary to address any concerns I may have, not only with routine eye exams, which are most comprehensive, but also my worries as other eye issues have arisen. I waited 3 months for my first visit to have cataract surgery. I met Dr. Lo finally, who explained the procedure. After having more tests done, I had surgery scheduled. It was successful. Despite Covid-19 delays, The other eye was done. Results: 20/20 in both eyes. After 50 years of wearing glasses, now I can see clearly far and need only glasses for reading. Thank you, Dr. Lo.
