By far the best experience I have had an optical store period. Bill is a consummate professional and is equally qualified to either pick the perfect frame unique to you or set you up with a great deal on contacts. His stock is amazing and he can get you anything. I recommend this store to all of my colleagues and friends and honestly don't feel this strongly about almost any other small business.

There aren't enough enthusiastic adjectives to describe the exemplary service and expertise you'll receive at Longwood Optical. Bill is incredibly knowledgeable about his craft, ensuring that your glasses will not only fit perfectly but will look great too! More than once he's handed me a pair of frames I didn't expect to like, but once I put them on I loved them. Unlike a store where you wander around trying on frames solo, Bill aids you in the process and is happy to work within your style preferences and budget constraints. The quality of the lenses you'll from Longwood Optical is bar none, and overall the whole experience is a delight. The friendly service Bill provides is invaluable and the quality of the glasses I've purchased from him have consistently been leagues better than anything from any chain store. Highly, highly recommended!

While I haven't purchased eyeglasses from this place (yet), I have experienced outstanding customer service every time I have visited this store. I have a pair of Silhouette eyeglasses that are unique in that they are wireless frames, very lightweight and no one else in the area can repair them. I have had a few problems in that things have broke on them and every time I have come here they get fixed very quickly, very professionally and with a very friendly demeanor. When I get new healthcare coverage that has eyecare included I will be back to buy a new pair because they're great!

I've been there a few times but honestly bill just never fails to make my day the doctor there is also good I've very good experience with them and bill just managed to pick the perfect frame for me i love the place and i do recommend everyone that needs optical aid go there and you wont regret it l!!!

Great customer service ! I had broken my glasses and needed them immediately as I didn't have any spare ones. The owner repaired them by himself and returned them to me like brand new within just an hour ! I would recommend everyone to give this place a try !
