The location was a short 8 minute walk from State Street T station. The office is clean and inviting. Eduardo from the Congress Street location was patient, attentive and kind. He offered excellent customer service and had exceptional knowledge. During the time I witnessed Eduardo and Sydney interact with several customers in a warm and friendly manner. Not only will I be returning, but I will be recommending this to my friends and family. Thank you Eduardo for the excellent service!

I recently got my first pair of glasses from Lunette, and I was taken aback by the quality of the glasses. Kasey, Sydney, and Eddie were extremely helpful with their knowledge of different frames. Especially with their feedback on how different frames looked on me. I appreciate that level of attention. An important factor for me was that Eddie knew Spanish, and I could communicate with him not just in English if I needed to. In the end, I bought a pair of Theo glasses. I've gotten compliments on these glasses, and it was all thanks to Kasey, Sydney, Eddie, and Lunette. I would 100% recommend. I know I will be back very soon. I still have my eyes on a couple of sunglasses/ reading glasses. Hopefully, Eddie is in when I go back.

I loved lunette, I had a great time while choosing for the first time a pair of glasses. Eddie, Kasey and Sydney where extremely helpful, I was very doubtful about what to chose, they were so kind and understanding. Regarding the stock they have really cool frames, if you want be unique you should definitely visit this place. I end up buying Anna et Valentin frames, once I received them I can't stop wearing them and I also received compliments on the street. Besides that, the guarantee and free repair in my case make the purchase worth it! Definitely I'll come back in the near future.

I first shopped at Lunette two years ago, purchasing frames that have worked very well for me and my lifestyle --- the sales team helped find me exactly what I was looking for, and provided all the additional services that matched my needs. One of which being a two year warranty on the lenses in case of any scratches --- perfect. A few weeks ago I asked about replacing the lenses out while still in warranty, no issues. The lenses came in and I brought the frames in to have them be replaced, being quoted 3 or 4 days, well its now been 13 days, and still no response from them. I called asking if they would have them soon and if I could schedule a time to pick them up. Unfortunately the new lenses failed inspection and had to be replaced and took longer than quoted. So I write this wearing my 8th grade (15 year old glasses) that I thought I would have for 3 or 4 days annoyed by the lack of customer service. Simply a courtesy call would go a long way.

Recently I had my first eye exam here. The doctor was very attentive, and the sales staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Also, the coolest frames to choose from. Highly recommended!!

Kasey was absolutely fantastic - incredibly friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable. She had my personal style pegged immediately, and I bought the second pair of glasses that she handed me to try. The frames sold at Lunette are next-level; they are sublimely stylish, luxurious, and substantial-feeling. The entire process was seamless, and the personalized service I received was exceptional. It was a true pleasure!
