Went to the walk-in on Saturday morning. Was greeted with a smile and promptly triaged. The nurse was great, very professional and showed compassion and concern. I was moved to another room and met with Dr. Abel David. How lucky was I. He was awesome, did a thorough exam, answered all my questions and set me up for urgent referrals on Monday. He completely exceeded all my expectations. Great doctor and person. My experience start to finish was exceptional.

If they are supposed to be authority on parotid than our medical schools lack real world experience. Asymmetrical parotid diagnosed as "normal" but happily willing to have me spend money to get an MRI. Why? So they can say it's normal too? The education of these doctors is atrociously lacking real world experience... and they are supposed to be our best.

I been waiting since 10:30 am to be seen by the eye doctor, it's now 1:20 pm, in my honest opinion the Boston main campus for mass eye and ear makes their patients wait hours before being seen,this isn't fair for the patients that take a day off work because this effect's all the patients work schedules when patients take time off from work to be seen at mass eye and ear!
