Mass Eye and Ear (Longwood)

Came here because my Daughters Dr suggested we go here instead of our regular Eye Care place and it was a huge waste of time. A regular exam should not take up to 3 hrs. That's absolutely ridiculous. To the point that after the 2nd hour and some change the said we still had to wait to see the Dr. after my daughter had already been looked at by 3 other before that. We left, and made an appointment with our regular eye care place. If you have a days work to basically sit here to be seen then be my guest. But I would not recommend.

I had a lovely visit for my ear wax related problems! I walked in and by the time I sat in one of the waiting room chairs I had my name called! Scheduling was quick and painless and so was my time with the doctor! Strong recommend here for anyone who has wax buildup like myself!

This place is a huge scam, avoid at all costs. You'll be billed as if you went to the ER even for a simple office visit. I was unaware of this because there's no advanced notice and online it appears to be a health clinic. Now I'm out almost $1000. Also, the ENTs do NOT USE numbing spray before sticking the camera down your nose, absolutely unheard of. And yet they bill it as surgery when there's no anesthetic and it took less than 30 seconds

Dr. Bhattacharyya and his team were PHENOMENAL, and my experience with them was genuinely the best medical experience I've ever had. I got a septoplasty with turbinate reduction, and every step of the process was lightyears ahead of the experiences of my friends with other ENTs. He is a straightforward, clear, and professional expert whose methods allow him to simply do the procedure better than other ENTs. I had very little pain afterwords and the majority of my healing happened in under a week. Additionally, every member of his team was kind, helpful, and supportive. The front desk, the nurses, the anesthesiologists, and everyone else involved. A particular shoutout to Shauna, the nurse who prepared me for the surgery, who was great. The day of the surgery, each step of the process was efficient and clear. I was informed thoroughly and succinctly of what was going on. Everyone made sure I was feeling good and they were with me from the moment I walked in to when I got picked up. The facility is clean. I received thorough instructions for healing and had all my questions answered. Above all, I can breathe through my nose clearly for the first time. 5/5 experience, I recommend Dr. Bhattacharyya and his team to everyone!

Never going there again. Terrible service! I waited 2.5 hours after my scheduled appointment to be seen. No one came to speak to me or update about delays. No apologies. No attempt to address their terrible treatment of patients.

Had a sinus surgery. Outstanding care. Every aspect. Dr. Bhattacharyya is the best. All nurses were wonderful. I would absolutely recommend this place.

Had my appointment screwed up by the same admin two separate times which wasted so much time and money of mine. I asked for a contact appointment, and was given an eyeglass appointment and had to wait an hour to have the doctor squeeze me in. Have had to wait multiple hours for multiple appointments just to see the doctor. Avoid at all costs, patient care and satisfaction is clearly very low on their priority list.

Doctors are good, but the assistants are irresponsible. When I made my appointment later than proposed, assistant did not even check whether it was medically ok. When I checked with them whether it is medically ok again after she just updated the schedule without checking, she did not even check with doctor saying "I can't tell because I am not a doctor". I think it is their duty to check with the doctor before confirming appointment updates, as they are working at a medical institution. AI would so better.
