Wondererful service. David and Kylie were amazing in assisting me with a damaged pair of glasses. They expertly and quickly adjusted the bent frame and replaced a jammed broken screw. If there's a MOSCOT in the city I'm in for a work trip, I have to stop by. Reading the previous reviews and I was just a little bit hesitant I to visit. Well I'm glad I did! Camille was fantastic the whole time! She helped with the questions I had, showed me the new collection that had just arrived, the visit was just great! Picked up a clip for my Dahven frame and more Chamois (since I'm always losing them. If you visit, and Camille is there, she's super :) P.S. Thank you for the lovely pouch and the sticker is going on my carry-on!

Evan at the Newberry St., Moscot location was so helpful. I have been a fan of Moscot frames and their durability for a few years now. The quality is the best you can get in my opinion. Frames are built to last! This location has a ton of different options and very helpful staff.
