Charlie at the eye clinic was fantastic. He was patient, kind, and explained everything clearly, which made me feel very comfortable during my visit. He went above and beyond to answer my questions and made sure I understood my prescription and options. I really appreciate his help today and would definitely recommend seeing him if you come here.

Good exam for keratoconus was fitted for lenses and everything worked it great my only downside is that my appointment was over 4 weeks ago and every time I call I get we have to check with the doctor. At this point I find believe anything was even ordered. Very frustrating as I was told it would take 2weeks. After the time I was never updated never contacted. Probably will find other doctors that can be truthful with timeframes.

I had a great experience here! I was greeted and checked in by one of the consultants named Charles who was welcoming and helpful. I then saw a person named Zach who took my retinal images, the glaucoma test, and something else. He was also nice and knew what he was doing. I was then seen by Dr. Bi Bi who was very kind and also really smart. She performed the rest of my eye exam and explained everything to me about my eyes. I then went back to the lobby where Charles was very helpful in finding me a new pair of glasses and with ordering more contacts. Overall, I had a very positive experience here!!

I am picking up my glasses today and I couldn't be happier! Melissa is the absolute best and helped me make amazing decisions while also maximizing my insurance. I cannot say enough good things about her!! She has made me a patient and customer for life!!

This review is for a visit with Dr. Nicole Z for an urgent eye condition. Negative experience overall. 1. The doctor refused to explain my condition beyond repeating "come back in one month." When I asked about possible causes or precautions, she raised her voice and continued repeating the same statement without addressing my questions. It felt dismissive and unprofessional. 2. I requested a doctor's note documenting that my symptoms were urgent, as I needed it to reschedule a flight. Both the doctor and staff appeared impatient and rushed to end the visit, offering no meaningful assistance beyond "an email will come from patient relations". 3. I asked for a record of my visit. I was only sent an image with no doctor's note or clinical summary. Worse, the image was labeled for my right eye, even though my left eye was the one examined. Overall, the care felt rushed, dismissive, and poorly documented. I would not recommend this clinic, especially for patients seeking clear communication during an urgent situation.

Visited here as a new patient recently - nothing but a positive experience. Appointment started on time, everything was explained to me throughout the entirety of the appointment. Everyone I interacted with was extremely friendly. Picking out new frames was an extremely painless process and I never felt like I was being pressured to buy anything that I didn't want (I've had this experience at different eye doctors, but not here!).
