Ophthalmology at Boston Medical Center

Marjory the scheduler is a incompetent, never call back messages and hurt patients in need of care, total disregard of her profession and care of patients. Should be fired immediately

Do yourself a favor don't go to Dr. Jenna Titelbaum or you will end up with debt.... Medical bills. I recently went to BMC Eye Clinic for annual eye exam with Dr. Jenna Titelbaum got charged for $500 health insurance didn't cover. They won't tell you that they are doing all these side tests on the same day with your annual eye exam. You will think it just annual eye exam which is covered by all health insurance. Basically, I got scammed doing all these side tests by BMC Eye Clinic thought it was annual eye exam. Now I am stuck with $500 medical bills that I have to pay out of my pocket. The hospital/clinic suppose to let you know side test isn't cover by health insurance which they NEVER told me. I'm no longer BMC Eye Clinic patient. I'm going somewhere else that the doctor/nurse will be more honest about their charge.

I had been been waiting since last year (2023) for an eye appointment on September(2024), however, the doctor couldn't make it on the scheduled time and now they are giving an appointment for January (2025). Just the worst experience with BMC care. If my vision gets worse they will automatically find thousands of excuses and will not take any responsibility. UNBELIEVABLE!

Possibly the worst place to go . They cancelled first appointment because they didn't read my email thoroughly and thought I had Covid and then I got a date a month later ...surgery was successful but then try to get my other eye done and that was out two months. They have wasted my whole summer......Go anyplace else but here. Oh and also eye drops that were supposed to be so important after surgery, their pharmacy was out of.....took me two days to get in touch with someone to forward the scripts to CVS. The place is a joke.

Boston medical in general is not a great hospital.. but the ey vision is worse been waiting for a all month for my son last visit repot and they have a back and forth with me I am so upset

I've been going there since March30th I found that department do not communicate with each other I was schedule for laser treatment whe I got there they sent me to Cataract Surgeons she said she would start with my right first I asked what sh WAS talking about I'm not there for that she saidthats why I was sent ther OF coarse I asked what the he'll is going on

I hate going here. The resptionist was as always rude. I did report her because I'm tired of the holier than thou attitudes
