The receptionist was very warm and awesome!!! She is definitely an asset to your company. Also the young lady that did the exam was FANTASTIC. She helped me understand my diagnosis and didn't make me feel like I was a burden. The lady that helped me pick out thr glasses was great as well. She was honest with the pricing and found a pair that was affordable and Stylish!! I'm so happy I went here!! 10s across the board!!

Very easy to reserve online. Front desk was nice and helped me set up the remaining info needed and payment. Technician was very friendly, personable, and patient. Explained to me why my prescription had changed and helped me get the right fit for my contacts considering my eyes had changed since my last fitting almost 10 years ago.

I came in for an exam and to purchase a new pair of glasses. My exam with Liz went great and she was very pleasant. I was also helped by two women at the front, one while I was checking in and another who helped me pick out glasses. Both of them were incredibly nice and walked me through everything in a ton of detail. I can't recall either of their names but my visit went very smoothly despite the fact that they were extremely busy. They could probably use another set of hands, though!

I used to come here for almost 10 years. I even posted a positive review previously. I have to leave this review now because over the last 4 weeks I have been relentlessly calling the office and NO ONE has called back. They gave me the wrong prescription when I ordered contacts last time, so now I'm driving around with the wrong prescription. No one has called me to remedy the situation. It's deplorable. I'm going to a new optometrist. Worst customer service I've experienced in a LONG time. You should be ashamed of yourselves. UPDATE - Received a call back and very much appreciate them getting back to me!

The two woman that work upstairs at Pearl Vision have been there for years. They have superb client service skills and the reason I have been going to the same store for well over 10 years. The new optometrist was also excellent. I fully recommend everyone to go there!

Love this store. The doctor and everyone who works here is so friendly and help you pick out the best glasses for each person regardless of how much is spent. My daughter has masshealth and they are just as awesome helping her choose what she looks best in. I will always come back here for the great people that work here. Love everyone here and great glasses too!

Beware of bad practices going on here! My husband came for an eye exam and new contact prescription. They charged $140 for the contact exam because he has one toric eye, what?! But gave 10% off so it brought it down to $126. This has never happened before and is such a scam. He has always paid $55. They didn't give a detailed invoice of why he was paying this much. He didn't even see a doctor which is shameful. You charge that much for contact exam and the patient doesn't even see a doctor?! Honestly the worst part about this place is they don't answer the phone! I also had an appointment that I needed to cancel and wanted to reschedule (which you can't do online). I called and called, no one answered so I finally left a message. Surprise surprise no one called me back. Thankfully they didn't get back to me so I never rescheduled and am going elsewhere. But beware, they will also SPAM your email like crazy with no option to unsubscribe. This place is not customer friendly and doesn't deserve business. Walk to Pro Optical, they are absolutely worth the extra few minutes!! Fantastic service, no grey areas in billing, and they answer phones. Update: -Pearle Vision quickly reached out to apologize and provided a full refund to my husband which is extremely appreciated. They also explained the online booking system and emails are not in their control as that lies with corporate. I appreciate a company that reaches out to repair a customer's bad experience and listens to issues instead of ignoring them. THANK YOU!

First off I would like to say that I love this place! I had a great experience here. All of the staff is very friendly and professional. Briana was amazing and helped me pick out a pair of glasses I would have never picked out for myself. I tried them on and I immediately fell in love with them. She was great because I never step out of my comfort zone. I'm so happy she helped me because the glasses fit so well. I was there on Friday and I was able to pick them up on Monday. What a quick turn around because usually I wait forever for glasses! All in all I'm overly pleased and I will be coming back again. You won't regret coming here. Everyone from the receptionist to the eye doctor is great. If you want fast and professional service well Pearle Vision Government Center is the place to go to!!
