Pro Optical

Very disappointing experience!!! Pro Optical used to be a great place to get my eye glasses and many of them lasted for many years. The last pair lasted less than 2 years. It broke and has cracks in many areas. Maybe they went to cheaper lens makers in the last few years to save money because I had never experienced anything like this from Pro Optical. Eye glasses are NOT cheap. One would hope they would last longer than a little over a year. Very disheartening!!!

Got a contact lens fitting and Stacey (I think her name was) was super kind and patient and I was able to figure it out with her help. Thank you!!! Never bought glasses here because they're very expensive. But the annual checkup is always well done.

Excellent service. The doctor is extremely knowledgeable and Linda is so helpful and good at guiding me and my spouse and children choosing the right glasses and contacts. Our whole family enjoys coming here for our eye and vision health

Extremely disappointing experience. The staff at this location seemed more focused on upselling expensive frames than meeting my actual prescription needs, which were clearly outlined by my doctor. When I chose to stay within my insurance coverage, the attitude shifted entirely--both my husband and I were treated dismissively. This is not how a professional optical center should operate. I would strongly advise others to look elsewhere for quality service and integrity.

Dr Susan cheng is amazing! The front desk crew is so nice and friendly and I especially love Linda who always helps me with my glasses- she's so sweet and picks the best glasses for me every time!!!

I couldn't have been happier, they made my day. I had just driven 4.5 hours to visit my daughter and my glasses frame broke, I was so upset. I tried to buy a kit to fix it but the screws wouldn't work. It was late on a Thursday, they were busy but I stopped in to see if by chance they could help. The girl that helped me was amazing, she took my glasses & fixed them, I wasn't a client, just someone that stopped by from out of state. Everyone was very busy and I can't say enough to the girls that helped ... thank you from the bottom of my heart.

I have been going to pro optical for more than 25 years ,MGb employee here ,and what I experienced today is nothing but a total rudeness,not from the person who was helping me with my lenses but from Linda who came from behind and snatched the vision care service record from my hand when I asked if I can have a copy of it.Even the gentleman from Belarus was shocked by her behavior.Very rude.Unprofessional. No one would give me a reason why I wouldn't have a copy of it.I wanted to compare it from last year's ,I have a copy of it at home.Once disrespected,disappointed and shocked ,I cancelled my order.I wasn't speaking with her ,she was sitting at her station when I came in.Totally un acceptable behavior from her.This is MGb after all. I was always helped by the delightful and professional Daniella who wasn't present .I buy new eye glasses every 2 years. This time around ,I brought my own Prada frame that cost me less than $120.00.It's almost $400.00 at pro optical.

The people that work here are so friendly and kind. I'm going to return soon to buy my next pair from here. Thank you so much for adjusting my frames! Saved my life!!! Have a safe and happy holiday
