Warby Parker Boston Seaport

I had an excellent experience at Warby Parker today. My frames suddenly broke in half, and since they were my only pair of glasses, I was honestly quite stressed. I went to the store with very low expectations, hoping maybe for a temporary fix or some guidance, especially because I had purchased them two years ago. To my surprise, I received outstanding service from Sarah and the store manager, Beau. They were incredibly kind and helpful and immediately offered a real solution: they had the same frame available and transferred my lenses to a new one on the spot. I truly didn't expect that level of care. I walked out with glasses that feel brand new and work perfectly. I'm extremely satisfied! They definitely deserve more than five stars!! :)

Excellent service. I asked the employee for a recommendation. He suggested one I liked. He explained to me options. When I asked about the best way to clean the glasses, he went through the procedure.

I went in for polarized clip ons and came out, not only with them, but smiling! I got great customer service and great advice! Very satisfied.

AM and her team took care of me and were both knowledgeable and friendly. Best Warby in the city and I've been to the Prudential mall and Harvard square ones. Highly recommended

Zoe is AMAZING!!! Super friendly, funny and an absolute expert. Helped me select frames I never would have picked out on my own but love. I would recommend buying the frames in store as the app automatically placed the order when I uploaded my prescription but overall, it was a wonderful experience thanks to Zoe.

I dropped in alone to find new glasses and all the staff were super helpful and friendly in helping me find new glasses and sunglasses. The entire experience was delightful and I highly recommend this location and Warby Parker in general.

I have been a WP customer for years and always go there for my glasses. I love going into the Seaport store, the staff is always so nice, professional and helpful.

I went in with a friend just to look at a couple frames and figure out which ones we wanted. I've always been a fan of warby parker but one of the staff made the experience uncomfortable for us. I ended up purchasing a frame but at checkout they were extremely rude, and the entire interaction just seemed extremely hostile I almost left them and there if it weren't for the frames. I never received an email receipt or a receipt at all, and my information was never confirmed to me. Perhaps it was my fault for not making sure that happened, but as a staff member I feel like you should be double checking in the first place.
