He even popped the lenses out of a pair of sunglasses so I could see what they'd look like with a normal prescription, such a creative touch. He helped me find exactly what I wanted, including options I might not have chosen on my own. Everything went smoothly through insurance and the entire process was incredibly easy.

I was able to get appointment that week - the process at WP was super quick and everyone was extremely friendly. They check to see if your insurance can help reduce the costs without you even asking. Was able to complete my check up and order new contacts, while Charlestown MGH community center has yet to still get back to me.

Staff was great from when I walked in the door I was helped and greeted by two people. I was then brought to the third floor for an eye exam. The person who set up exam was amazing and the Optometrist was equally as good. I will not order frames from anywhere else and will not get my eye exams done anywhere else now. Exceptional experience.
Wish I took names. Go to this location-you will not be disappointed. They also called before eye exam to discuss payment options and ask if I had any questions. I was able to get eye exam same day a well.
