I visited Warby Parker today (Jan 1st , 2026) for an issue with my glasses. The staff member who helped me was incredibly kind and professional. He understood exactly what the problem was and fixed it perfectly. I am so impressed with the level of service and deeply grateful for his help. Highly recommend this location!" Out of all the Warby Parker stores, this one is definitely my favorite. It's my go-to spot every time. I won't go anywhere elae.

I love the team here. Knowledgeable, friendly, but not pouncy. Store was extremely clean and organized and I was greeted and cared for professionally. The woman who helped me knew my perfect frames before I did, which was just icing on the cake! The gentleman who helped me complete my transaction was knowledgeable about insurance and lens selection and helped me make informed decisions. He was transparent about timeline and how I could go about receiving reimbursement from my vision insurance provider. Always a 10/10 experience at WP, but this location especially.

Everyone I interacted with was kind, warm, knowledgeable, and welcoming. From start to finish, it was a wonderful experience, and I appreciated the recommendations I received. I loved my overall experience and the Associate who worked with me gave such great insight. I ended up leaving with two pairs of glasses.

And she helped me make a decision too as I was shopping alone and am indecisive. Really excited about my new frames!

I got my current glasses from some sketchy online store (not WP) and they have been falling apart over the past few months, to the point where I have basically had to rubber band them to my head to keep them from falling off my face every time I look down. I stopped by WP to see if there was anything they could do to help me - a guy named Jason ended up helping me out and not only did he completely fix my glasses (they're literally as good as new now!) but he also noticed my nose pads were worn down and replaced those for me as well! He was so nice and helpful and I am so thrilled to have working glasses again. They also did the repair for free which is so amazing! This is a great place to go for repairs. Their selection of glasses on site is also phenomenal - if you're thinking of buying cheap knockoffs like I did, save yourself some trouble and consider buying from a place like WP instead!

Came in to get new lenses and have the fit of my backup glasses adjusted. Levi was very helpful on both counts, fully satisfied with the service I received in person

Loved how awesome the employees are here! I was having a crisis of faith in my ability find a pair of frames that I didn't look devastatingly fugly in about 15 minutes into my shopping experience. They were helpful without being pushy, competent and knowledgeable, and patient and relaxed in answering my questions. They were funny, too -- what else can you ask for?
