The store is very attentive to the customers' needs & wants. They have a wide variety of frames and can deal with virtually all prescriptions. The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly and do not practice high pressure warranty sales tactics. Nancy Baptista took really good care of me and resolved an issue I had with one of my sets of glasses immediately with no reservation. She was also friendly to my wife who was not even the customer at the time. This was one of the best experiences with an optical center that I have had. I would definitely recommend.

I was having trouble with double vision - particularly when driving. I went to Mass Eye and Ear in Boston, where I spent 10 hours, got Covid from the resident, and was told to buy and wear an eye patch until I could have a *real* appointment in 8 months. I then went to BJ's, where I could make an appointment online for the next day. The doctor solved my problem in less than 30 minutes - I needed different contact lenses. It cost less than 10% of the Mass E&E charge. The staff could not have been nicer and more helpful. My contacts were a good price and came very quickly. I'm a big fan!!
