What an amazing appointment with Dr Magalhaes - calm, professional, knowledgeable and friendly. My daughter and I were made very comfortable by him and the attending staff. The appointment was concise, clear and prompt. I am so impressed by this experience and very glad to have chosen to do business here, thank you!

Dr. Nicole and the salesperson who helped me were amazing. However, I was not fully informed about the lens fitting pricing that I would be charged a premium. Had I known, I wouldn't have done the lens fitting. I would appreciate more transparency on pricing of services beforehand.

I had been in a few times to buy a pair of glasses but was unsuccessful. This time I was helped by Alexis and she was fantastic. Alexis, was patient and spent a lot of time with me, helping me find the perfect fit. There were two pairs that I liked but went with the first pair I liked. Alexis helped every step of the way, going above and beyond to make me happy. As I drove away felling happy that I finally found the perfect pair. I ended up calling back and buying the second pair as well. I had never bought two pairs of glasses, since wearing them in my life. Alexis helped was exactly what I needed. I look forward to working with her again when in need for a new pair. Thank you Alexis and congrats to Lens crafter, having such a great employee.

This was a wonderful experience First time on the NCL Epic. The Taste Restaurant was my favorite for several reasons. Attention to detail regarding the servers. They were polite, knowledgable , ,well groomed and attentive. The service staff worked unison as a team. Food quality and presentation was a 10 rating. Perfect portion, and plated perfectly. Your Matti'd Mathew is by far one of the best I've seen in years. He is also respected by his staff! I would recommend anyone looking at taking a cruise!

Had my regular eye exam and fitted for glasses successfully. Decided I wanted to wear contacts again afterwards. When I called with questions they told me that was a separate exam and because it would be for multifocal the pricing would be $130. Got to the exam and filled out paperwork. When questioning what the RX imaging was they said it's just something we do as part of the exam. Upon leaving after seen by dr they said that would be $160. It was hectic there, when questioning the price I was told I'm sorry but our system is down and cannot provide any information. So I paid the full amount and left. Not sitting right with me I questioned it again at my follow up. I told them I don't understand why I had that imaging done again...I just had it done with my regular eye exam just a month or two prior. The girl at the deal was dismissive and said they could refund me the $30 . I was appreciative. However upon leaving she said she could refund me $8 and asked to put it back on my card. When I asked what card it was she said she didn't know! Eventually asked someone else. I am so disappointed at the unprofessionalism there at the front desk. I feel like I was duped. Dr and optical were fine. You may want to properly train your front desk people properly

I have been wearing glasses for many years. Last year I decided to get my glasses from Len Crafters. When I went to try on my new glasses my vision was so blurry.This had never happened to me before!!! I was told I would have to go back to my eye doctor for her to adjust my prescription, (this cost me additional money). When they made my second pair they were a little better but my vision was still blurry. Over time I thought my eyes would adjust, well a year later they haven't. I ended up wearing my old glasses instead of my new pair. Total waste of time and money. I will Never be going back to LensCrafters!!!!

Brenda and Jon were very helpful and made choosing my first pair of glasses a pleasant experience. Jon offered to make the glasses same day which was very kind. Highly recommend this office!

Dr. Nicole took her time doing my eye exam which was comfortable and I didn't feel rushed. Then Lane helped me choose my frames, explained all costs, and gave me the best savings she could.
