Visionworks really came through for me the other day. My husband broke his glasses. I walked into Visionworks and asked if they could be fixed. Without hesitation they took the glasses from me said they would call when they were ready. Within two hours I received that call. The glasses were 5 or 6 years old, so I expected to pay but they said no charge. Can't get better customer service than that. Thank you Visionworks!
