Doctor Polglase was amazing. Old school doc, taking his time with patients <3, thorough exams, very calm, friendly and funny. Pleasant experience. The lady opticians are also all super friendly and helpful. All in all a great experience that I can only recommend. Our appointments were at 2 and 2:30 pm and we got out past 4. Not a minute wasted.

The doctor is super friendly and really takes his time to ensure professionalism and good prescriptions. I've got to say though, Mr. Mark (forgot last name, sorry!) Is MY FAVORITE EMPLOYEE. He is sooo friendly with a cool and calm voice, cracks the perfect amount of jokes, and helped me find out that my prescription was a little off due to a simple miscommunication. He did so well handling the situation, making sure I wasn't worried or bothered. He is a wonderful man who obviously has a great passion for his career and customer services. He really left a serious impression! Thank you so much for all of your help, Mark.

OD Polglase Was more than friendly. Took his time. Answered all my anxiety filled and awkward questions with Professionalism. Picked up on the fact I had juvinial tremors since birth and didnt make me feel bad about it like some other OD's did. Go see him, avoid Eye Health Vision Center. I promise OD Polglase will make you feel more comfortable and give you a better experience.

The Doctor who is a "Seperate entity" is completely unhelpful. Traveling from out of state and had an emergency and provided all necessary communication from doctor to doctor and he still refused to help me. (F) for customer service. I will be contacting the boards to make a complaint.
