Was here earlier today for a screening for reading classes, and Joe, who is the patient care coordinator, was very nice and professional. Sasha, the remote technician, and Dr Mathew, the remote doctor were both very nice and helpful. I felt comfortable throughout my visit, and I feel I have a good understanding on the status of my eyes after the care that was provided to me today. The person at the store was great, but gave me bad information on LASIK I should have relived not to trust the other unfortunate from this, it is not a service they offer and should leave it at that. Also, they said I would leave with a perception I could order contacts online with and I did not and I reached out to them yesterday and have not received any reply at all. It was my first eye exam and the actual physical exam went well, but the majority of the information they offered was incorrect and not what I told them I wanted from the beginning.
