Many people these days tend to expect everyone to cater to them. The staff at this eye center are always willing to do all they can to provide the best possible care and outcome for all patients. Lyle had a very wonderful appt and all staff were great. The only reason I, Arlene, his wife gave 4 stars for the visit is because as an 81 year old, my opinion is, when we are caregivers it is super important to continuously strive to do better each and every day. I arrived for my 3:15 appointment, and had to wait about 10 minutes to be checked in as a new employee was being trained. As soon as I was checked in, they performed 2 baseline tests on my eyes. I went back to my seat in the waiting area. Within 5 minutes, I was brought out back where they gathered information, and performed a couple more tests. FIVE minutes later Dr. Provost came in. He explained what the problem was, the phases of the treatment. He was kind, compassionate, knowledge, etc. The entire staff was kind, & personable. From the time I walked in the door, until the time I walked out took less than an hour. I have had to wait a long time, but only when they took me on an emergency basis. I highly recommend this practice. Laurie
