BJ's Wholesale Club

I recently visited the BJ's Wholesale Club in Greenfield, MA, and as always, it was a great experience! One of the biggest reasons I keep my membership is their store-brand paper towels and toilet paper--they're excellent quality and a great value for the price. I always make sure to stock up on them. Another thing I really love is the BJ's app, which makes shopping so much easier. The feature that lets you scan items as you shop and pay through the app without waiting in checkout lines is a game-changer. You can use the app if you have 20 or less items and are spending less than $750. It saves so much time, especially during busy shopping hours. Prices at BJ's are typically very competitive, and while you might occasionally find a better deal elsewhere, the convenience, savings, and quality products here make it well worth the membership. The store is clean, well-organized, and the staff is always helpful and friendly. Overall, BJ's in Greenfield is my go-to for household essentials and bulk shopping. With the app's added convenience, shopping here is faster and more enjoyable than ever!

Fresh produce, great wholesale prices, and a well maintained storw. From tires to glasses to clothing to dairy to bulk goldfish and beyond, BJ's has got you covered. Easily accessible location of 91 in Greenfield by the Home Depot and Big Y. Handicap accessible store. Nice bathrooms and self check out lanes as well as cashiers.

I've been a loyal shopper here for years. After finding this piece of plastic in my food, I went to the store and reported it to the manager. I was promised a call back three days ago. Apparently they just don't care if their ORGANIC FOOD is polluted with trash. Buyer beware. Don't trust Wellesley farms foods. It's not clean!!! Even worse. Look at these Abacados. PUCHASED LAST NIGHT!

If I could rate 0 stars I would. We placed an order on a Tuesday for a half sheet cake thst we needed to pick up at 8 am on Saturday morning. We arrived promptly at 8 am and they hadn't even started making the cake yet. Total bullshit and unprofessional. Place is a joke.

I would like to recognize the tire technician, not sure if I'm spelling her name right but I was told her name was rain. When I arrived by tow truck with a flat tire, she was waiting for us. She gave such amazing service. She was very professional and took her job very serious. She deserves more than 5 stars. Thank you so much, Lisa Lambert

My husband and I have been shopping at BJ's once a week for the past few years now. We love it, because they have everything from clothes to cakes and tires to tuna. Lol. But if you are worried about spending $60 bucks on the yearly membership... don't be! I promise you, it's well worth it! Especially if you have a family of five, like us. You might be spending a little bit more on certain items, but you won't have to buy whatever those items are again for quite a while, because there will be a much bigger quantity of said items. Also, I can't speak for any of the other BJ's stores employees out there, but the employees that work at this one(in Greenfield)are wonderful! Everyone is very polite and helpful, and goes above and beyond. Anyway, definitely my favorite grocery store in town.

BJ'S has UNFAIR business practices!! Be aware when you renew your membership. If you renew within 2 months of the expiration date of your previous expiration date on your last card, they revert your expiration date back to the one associated with your previous account, not in the month you renew. Where is the fine print on that? There isn't any!! So, I just lost 2 months of use. This store very often does not have inventory of the sale/ coupon items. I live in western MA and I am told that my item will be in available for pickup at stores that are 45 minutes-1 hour away.

We ordered a TCL tv on line for my sons birthday which they stocked in greenfield we went to pick it up today and they gave us a used tv without a box they insisted it was there last one and it was a display unit that was probably on 7 days a week at there store which we explained to them is used and we wanted a new tv in a box well they said they were out well we walked over a took a picture of 5 new TCL tvs on the shelf which we will leave on this review they said those were different but they did not look different. They made no effort to try and fix there mistake they kept trying to push off there used tv. Customer service really sucks at bjs and there acting manager or maybe she is the manager should learn about customer service and not pawning off used items as new
