Super-friendly, attentive, professional, the office is tidy and comfortable. Four people in my family have our eyes examined here. Frames and lenses--I have to admit, I buy a lot online (who doesn't loves a crazy pair for a bargain!?)--that said, Ryan and team fit their lenses into my frames--and what a difference a professional fit can make! There is an excellent selection of frames in the office as well. Highly recommended.

Making the appointment online was super easy. When I got to appointment and checked in, I didn't even have time to finish the paperwork before I was seen. Tiffany was very helpful, polite and great at explaining everything. After all the tests, I had a virtual appointment and the doctor can set up everything remotely. Very quick and efficient appointment.

Made an appointment and it got rescheduled for a later time which I had to take off of work for, okay thats fine. Then I go in and they never told me it would be a video exam and that I had to pay another $44 for retinal images. Then they told me everything besides that would be covered by insurance besides my copay only for them to charge me another $100 for a contact lens exam as well. "Great" experience

This place is run by a manager who dismissed my concerns TWICE. I had two exams done here, because the first one was just incorrect "in the real world" they said. The second exam came and my prescription was still not quite right. I was given trial contacts during the second exam. I explained to the dr that something isn't quite right still. At the last minute, the dr had decided BOTH my eyes were in fact -4.0. I was given two -4.0 contacts to take home to try. They were great. I came back in to pick up what I had thought were my glasses. Instead, it was contact lenses with different spherical prescription. I very politely explained to the manager that this must be a mistake and I explained the last minute correction in my second exam. He told me that this prescription was correct and nothing was noted otherwise. I said I would try them anyways. I put them in and I immediately could tell they were not correct and I went back. At this point, I am FURIOUS. I spoke to the manager again just minutes after leaving and explained the exact same thing. The manager dismissed my concerns and attempted to manipulate me into a THIRD EXAM. I am disappointed with the manager. Not once did he apologize or have any empathy with anything I said. He made me feel like I was just a dollar sign. I will not recommend this office and I will not be returning. I did however, get a complete refund after asking TWICE.

I went to pick up my glasses today and I knew it I can still see better out of the old ones. The distance is not right. I bought $350 Gucci and they messed them up. The lady who did the exam did a lousy work and I knew she didn't do the numbers, right oh, and they told me that the office manager won't be back for six weeks

Walked in with broken nose piece on frame. Walked out 10 minutes later with repair, cleaning and lens cleaner. Great service and friendly employees. Highly recommend!

MyEyeDr. is an amazing eye care organization! As a Housing Case Worker, I brought in one of my participants and was amazed at how much they had respected and responded to my client. Sometimes it can be hard for my clients to be social when walking into organizations and get treated with due respect and responsiveness due to their circumstances, but here he was welcomed and treated with kindness. Thank you Ryan for taking care of us and getting my client his glasses and thank you MyEyeDr !
