They were not upfront about their charges, and every visit I felt pressured into additional costs with little to no explanation. I don't believe I ever received the correct prescription here, as the contacts they kept recommending were always uncomfortable. After multiple unsuccessful attempts, I eventually found the right ones on my own. The lobby and parking are inconvenient, and the staff was not particularly friendly. Overall, my visits here were consistently disappointing.
