Everyone was very nice and extremely professional. Everyone explained all aspects of my visit thoroughly and in language that was easy to understand. I am glad I picked MyEyes and will be a long term client.

Dr Coffey and her staff were very helpful and professional during my appointment. They made my first visit with their office easy. The appointment was very quick and expedient but I never felt rushed.

Initially went to the Quarry St Quincy location to get an eye exam, etc. Turns out I needed correction. Got the glasses, everything fine, they booked a glaucoma test at 4:00 pm on 12/4/2025. Due to spine issue, walking with cane for about a week prior, arrived 15 minutes late to appointment. Secretary went in to see doctor, who refused to see me, wanted me re-schedule after I hobbled up their steps and elevator. Sure, I was late, not denying it, but how many times has a patient sat in a waiting room for an appointment and been seem LATE by the doctor? Works both ways. I fired them on the spot. Plenty of eye doctors around not to have to put up with THAT bullshit. I will bet they show COMPLETE classlessness by attempting to charge me for the appointment. I dare you. (I'm afraid I can't SEE you anymore....lol..had to)

My husband and I had a great first visit with Dr. Coffey. She was extremely thorough and knowledgeable. We were very impressed with the advanced technology. All and all it was a great visit and Dr. Coffey was wonderful. Mary and Fran Madden

Great experience at MyEyeDr. Quincy. Staff is knowledgeable and friendly. I appreciated their patience during the frame selection. I appreciated their honest feedback and found 2 frames I really liked.

i came in to fix glasses that had been broken by getting stepped on and they we're pretty damaged and they did everything very professionally and nicely and i was able to get my glasses fixed at no cost or hassle

From my eye doctor appointment to receiving my glasses everything was thorough, professional, and everyone was kind! Highly recommended !!

Awful awful place. Stay away from this place!!!! Nobody wants to explain your benefits to you. The doctor got upset with me and yelled for asking her insurance questions as its not part of her job. Then made a racist remark to me. Went to an eye doctor named Katherine Coffey here to get an annual exam, the moment she entered the room she starts talking so fast I could barely understand her. Then proceeds to yell at me for not keeping up with her speech and asking too many question. At one point held out her hand up so I stopped talking. Then with the brief words "this will make your eyes sticky" puts a solution in my eyes. I was clearly shocked and I asked her what it was for? yells again at me saying "didnt I just explain its to make your eyes sticky". Which provided no clarity to me so I asked again "yes but what is the purpose of it?" Then finally tells me its a test for glaucoma and proceeds to explain "not many countries use this test for eye exam BUT WE DO"
