I went to Pearl Vision this week, 10/20/25, and was served by Bridget who was a great help. She fixed and adjusted my current pair of the eyeglasses and helped me choose a suitable new pair. Nothing was a trouble to her. She understands the special needs of Asian people when it comes to fitting. I wish I had have come to her for my current pair of glasses as her customer service excellence far outpaces that of other vision shops I have dealt with.

I called them before to ask for some trial pairs of my contacts because there appointments were always backed up and mine won't be until a few months. I have gotten my trial contacts a month before with no problem and i called again to ask if i could go in and get them again, they said yes. On the day i came in they said i couldn't get one because my prescription could've changed. As if im not already wearing my glasses from last year? They don't actually care about their customers they are just money hungry. Which is probably why they have that 50 dollar cancellation fee too. I'm currently wearing my sisters contacts which are not even my prescription because i don't have a choice. We will be switching eye doctors for sure.

Dr Cleary was extremely rude, confrontational and gaslit me when I was informed I had no choice but to pay out of pocket 39$ for a scan that isn't covered by insurance but didn't warn me ahead of time to have my eyes dilated instead (free) despite being in contact with me the entire week prior via text. During the appointment I felt very uncomfortable, I've been wearing glasses since I was 10 years old and never been treated so poorly. As a healthcare worker I do not understand how staff can be so inconsiderate to their patients. Cherry on top it took over two weeks and 4(and counting) visits just to receive my glasses. I do NOT recommend this location to anyone I have been using Pearl Vision for years and never been so disappointed.
