I had a great experience at Nielsen Eye Center. From check-in to check-out, everything was smooth and well organized. Maggie at the front desk was friendly and helpful and made the check-in process easy. Dr. Linsky was patient, knowledgeable, and kind, and took the time to explain everything clearly without making me feel rushed. The rest of the staff was also professional and welcoming. Overall, it was a very positive visit, and I would definitely recommend this place to others.

I had a great experience at this eye appointment from start to finish. Kelly's exam was thorough and unhurried, and everything was explained clearly, which made me feel really comfortable and confident about my eye health. Dr. Khanna was excellent -- knowledgeable, attentive, and very patient in answering questions. The staff was friendly and efficient, and I especially appreciated the help choosing new glasses with Phuong -- she took the time to offer honest suggestions and made the process easy and fun. I left feeling well taken care of and really happy with my visit. Highly recommend!!

What a pleasant experience to go to an eye health center. Who knew? From the kindly receptionist to the very comforting,, patient and efficient technician (Vivian?) to the attentive and conversational doctor made it a much more pleasant experience than I ever anticipated. Highly recommend!

I genuinely cannot say enough good things about my LASIK experience at Nielsen Eye Center, especially with Dr. Helen Moreira. From start to finish, the entire process was completely seamless and far exceeded my expectations. My free LASIK consult set the tone right away. Vivian, Arthur, and Jenn were incredible -- knowledgeable, patient, and reassuring without ever being pushy. They took the time to explain everything clearly, answered every question I had, and made sure I felt comfortable and confident moving forward. You can tell they truly care about patients, not just the procedure. On surgery day, Dr. Moreira was outstanding. Her calm confidence, precision, and ability to explain each step made the entire experience feel effortless, and it was clear I was in the hands of a top-tier surgeon who truly excels at what she does. Huge shoutout as well to the front desk team -- Shiela and Jackie were amazing from the very beginning. Booking my consult was easy, communication was clear, and everything ran on time. This was one of the best healthcare experiences I've ever had. If you're even thinking about LASIK, do yourself a favor and go to Nielsen Eye Center. The staff, the doctors, and the overall experience are truly top-tier. I'd give more than 5 stars if I could.

My experirnce with Nielsen was terrific the staff were wonderful. I had surgery for a cataract in my right eve and staff made the entire experience easy and quick. In a few weeks I will be going to the Neilson Eye Center to have my other eye done. I would recommend Neilsen strongly. They were terrific.

Absolutely amazing experience from start to end! The front staff was very friendly and welcoming despite there being a rush of people trying to get their attention. The technicians and staff were all extremely knowledgeable and answered all my questions. I was incredibly nervous about LASIK surgery but luckily Dr. Moreira calmed me down because now I see 20/20! Clearest vision I've ever had! No more expensive glasses and contact lens. Someone once told me to start investing myself and I took that to heart at one of Boston's best LASIK clinics! Thank you so much to Nielsen Eye Center! Life Changer!

Excellent vision care. Front desk staff, physician assistance and physicians are always professional and offer high quality service. Dr Nielsen has been my eye doctor for years and his work is impeccable.

The staff at the Quincy office were excellent.Dr. Topgi was very informative. I may consider cataract surgery next year at the Quincy office. I went back to Norwell with my prescription. Phuong was my contact there. She fitted me with a new pair of glasses and went through all the different options... She is definitely five star. I just want to say thanks To the staff at both locations. John T
