I wouldn't expect a corporate spot to be staffed by such warm, kind and competent women.
I'm not kidding. From the optometrist who FINALLY found the right prescription for my contacts and glasses (ive been to a lot of optometrists), to the office staff and Claudia who helped me pick the perfect frames.
Not only that, but this woman also fixed my current frames which I sat on.
She took a good 10 minutes and really made sure the fit was perfect, and I mean she REALLY made sure that fit was perfect.
So much so that I'm sitting here hours later in gratitude typing this.

I went in Vision Works Quincy MA, location after work because I had broken my glasses and hoped for a replacement the same day. It was the end of the day and I couldn't make it across town to the Brookline MA, location I usually go to that gives me excellent service. I was unsure of what to expect but was greeted as soon as I went in by this sales lady (I'm sorry I didn't get her name) who asked how she can help. I provided my number and she quickly assisted me by getting the exact frames I'd broken, popped in my lenses from the broken frames, cleaned up and even gave a new case. My insurance was up on the free replacement frames so she provided me with a discount offer that applied to my purchase saving me 25%. I was very happy as I had a concert to attend the next day and can now see from where ever I sit. I appreciate friendly and efficient service. I surprised my husband I was in and out so fast. Thank you Vision Works for your products and customer care. It matters.

I went for my annual (which I thought) and replace my stolen glasses.The staff from the front of house to the optometrist answered all my questions and concerns. I had an issue with my insurance and because of some bs fine print, which they keep given me the run a round(VSP is usually better then this, but this time they just wasn't good policy as trying to help a person who couldn't see with out glasses wanted me to wait almost a year due to an error in policy couldn't make an exception wanted meto wait basically 1yr to get my glasses booo 2 stars to you VSP for putting money over people if u take care of people they would take care of u ) Luckily for me they good people over at Visionworks understood and helped me get some glasses Your team at this store great job hiring them
