When I came in for my appointment, I was immediately greeted. Extremely nice, courteous and professional staff. The optometrist was easy to talk with. Very pleasant. Very informative.
The woman to the right desk, glasses, curly long hair, sitting to the right side of the door at the Revere location, went above and beyond as far as helping me to find a pair of glasses that I liked. She was very patient and I really appreciated that. Even though I am on a tight budget, she was able to help me to find reasonable priced glasses that I felt confident about wearing, which is very unusual for me. All in all, I had a great. I only wish I would remember the woman's name that helped me. She deserves a salary increase. A bonus, something.
People these days, even when working in an office setting, are rude and unprofessional. Lately, it hasn't been very often when I felt that I have been heard and treated respectfully. Thank you!! I will be back next year!!

I felt very rushed, not only by the doctor but by the lady that took my payment. Then they had me waiting after my eyes were dilated for over 45 minutes when I was told it would only be 20 minutes. The only part of the visit where I felt comfortable and not rushed was when the gentlemen asked me to pick my glasses.They should schedule their appointments with ample time to not rush people. I really hope the prescription is right.
