This office is wonderful! Pleasant and helpful front desk staff, along with excellent care from Dr. Cotter. She is thorough and has a manner that puts patients at ease. She will also take time to explain what she finds and discuss the course of action with you so you understand. My family has been going here for years.

If could give more stars I would! I've been a client for about three years now, and every visit is always pleasant. Dr. Cotter did a great job with my recent eye exam. She answered my questions and was also kind and friendly. All of the staff was great - they were helpful, patient and helped with my insurance.

I have been seeing Dr Cotter for over 10 years and am very pleased with her care. I have never had a more thorough eye exam and she explains her findings in a way that is understandable to a lay person. She is very professional and has a caring manner and refers you to other reputable professionals when treatment is out of her realm of care. The office is clean and she has state of the art equipment In treating you. Office staff very friendly and professional.

I was referred to Dr. Cotter more than 14 years ago by my surgeon following a retina reattachment. You will find no more thorough doctor than she. Dr. Cotter is caring and truly concerned about me and my complicated eye issues. I have complete confidence in her. The entire staff at Parkway Optical is top notch. They care for you like you are one of their family. I highly recommend Dr. Cotter and her staff. I wouldn't go anywhere else!

I live in Western MA and the trip to Dr Cotter's Revere office is long but well worth the journey. She is very thorough and we have never left unhappy. She was able to find a solution to a problem that other doctors seemed to be struggling with. We are highly satisfied with Parkway.

Upon entering, Nicole the receptionist was pleasant and welcoming. Dr. Cotter was amazing. Pleasant, quick, and thorough. I have never had such a wonderful experience going to the eye Doctors. Absolutely love this place. 5++++++++

I have been seeing Janis Cotter at Parkway Optical for about 3 years now. She was recommended to me by my cataract surgeon after having them removed, and I feel as if I always receive an excellent and thorough eye evaluation. I also have a condition with my retinas to which she pays very close attention. I love that it's easy to make a convenient appointment and they don't overbook. The staff are all very friendly and accommodating. My only wish list would be more fancy designer frames but I'm sure they cater to the majority of their clientele. I most definitely recommend.

DR.cotter is very professional and always makes me feel my eye care is important. The office was set up w air filters all around. They have a great set up for social distancing. All around everyone is super friendly and everything is super clean. I would def recommend her for any eye appointment needed.
